Resources for Healthy Snacks

I’m constantly on the go. Since I forget to pack a snack sometimes, I end up at a vending machine or looking for some healthy options when I pay for my gas at the convenience store. Here are some snacks that I use to satisfy my sweet tooth without sacrificing my health.

Please note that I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. The information on this page is nothing more than an example of healthy snack options. I’m simply sharing some resources that I have found helpful over the years.

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please carefully read labels and consult your doctor before looking into these resources.

KIND Protein Crunchy Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are nothing short of amazing! They contain the perfect balance of peanut butter and peanuts!

Though they are recommended for refueling after a workout or energizing your afternoon, I’ve eaten them as breakfast bars, and they’ve held me until lunch.

Kind Bars

I discovered Kind bars shortly after I learned about my oat allergy. I’ve always loved granola bars. I stumbled upon these when I looked for an oat-free granola bar! Incredibly, they totally changed my life.

They have multiple flavors, and they can be purchased individually or by the box. My favorite one is pictured on the right.
